Syntro.fun is a decentralized platform that allows users to create and trade tokens on the Solana blockchain. The Service provides a user interface for interacting with smart contracts deployed on the blockchain. Syntro.fun does not control or custody any digital assets, and all transactions are irreversible once confirmed.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Trading and creating tokens involves significant risk of financial loss. Tokens may lose all value, and there is no guarantee of any return.
  • The prices of tokens are extremely volatile and can fluctuate significantly in a short period of time.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding the creation, purchase, or sale of tokens through the Service.
  • Syntro.fun does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information provided on the platform is for informational purposes only.
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Create tokens that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
  • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any other deceptive trading practices.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other financial crime.
  • Create tokens that promote hatred, violence, or illegal activities.
  • Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.

6. Token Creation

When you create a token through the Service, you are solely responsible for the content associated with that token, including but not limited to its name, symbol, description, and image. You represent and warrant that the token you create does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Syntro.fun reserves the right to remove or de-list any token that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

7. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SYNTRO.FUN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYNTRO.FUN, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Syntro.fun and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
